Please cancel your reservation through the reservation confirmation email or the Reservation History
page.
Online cancellation is not available from 3 days before your rental date onward.
In this case, please contact the rental car company directly.
When contacting the rental car company, please provide the name used for the reservation, the date and time of the reservation, and the rental period to ensure a smooth process.
Cancellation policies, including when cancellation fees apply and the amount charged, vary by rental car company.
About Changes
Changes to your reservation cannot be made online.
If you wish to change your reservation, please contact the rental car company directly, or cancel your existing reservation and make a new reservation.
Please note that depending on when you cancel your reservation, a cancellation fee may apply in accordance with the cancellation policy set by the rental car company.
