On the day your rental begins, go to the rental office from the airport and complete the reception procedures. You are now ready to depart on your fun-filled trip!

How to Return Your Rental Car
Each rental company has its own method, but after returning the car, both parties will check for damage to the car. If there are no problems, the car will be returned and the return procedures completed.
If there was an accident
Procedures will differ according to the rental company, but the general steps will be as follows.
If you are involved in an accident, give first aid to the injured and, as necessary, call emergency services (119). After confirming safety, you must call the police (110) to report the accident, complete reporting of the accident and obtain an accident certificate.
Finally, call the emergency contact number for the car rental company you are using.
If you fail to take the above steps, the compensation system cannot be used.
