How to make a reservation

Please contact the car rental company directly to confirm the details of the listed plan.
Reservations can be made from as early as 2 days later up to 8 months in advance.
It is possible to make a reservation on behalf of someone else. When making a reservation as a proxy, please enter the information of the actual customer who will be renting the car in the customer information section of the reservation form. Please note that the rental car company will receive the information entered for the customer.
Cancellations through the website are accepted up to 4 days before the rental start date.
If the cancellation deadline has passed, you will not be able to cancel through the website.
If you need to cancel after the deadline, please contact us at okiren_contact@o-naz.com
with the following information:
・Name used at the time of reservation
・Date and period of the car rental reservation
・Phone number
・Email address
The timing and rules for cancellation fees depend on the policy of each rental car company.
Please check the cancellation policy of the rental car company with which you made your reservation.
However, regardless of the cancellation policy, a 5% cancellation fee will always be charged.
Your reservation is confirmed once the reservation number is generated on the reservation confirmation screen.
Some car rental companies may temporarily stop accepting reservations or listings, but this will not affect your car rental, so please rest assured.
*If you are concerned, please contact the car rental company directly.
To avoid any discrepancies regarding payment or details, we recommend printing out the [reservation confirmation email] or the [car rental company reservation details] screen, or preparing the email screen or a screenshot.
*If printing is not possible, please make a note of the reservation number.
Billing decisions are made by the rental car company.
Therefore, if you need to cancel your reservation due to circumstances such as bad weather, please contact us at okiren_contact@o-naz.com
with the following information:

Only advance payment by credit card is accepted.
