How to make a reservation
① Select either an area / airport / station from the homepage of the OKIREN reservation website.
② Select station/area details

Please contact the car rental company directly to confirm the details of the listed plan.

The availability of car types for reservation varies depending on each car rental location.
*Please check directly with your rental car company.

It is possible to make a reservation on behalf of someone else.
Please enter the information of the actual rental customer in the [Driver's Name/Phone Number] field on the reservation application screen
*The car rental company will be notified of the member's name, email address, and actual rental customer information.
*If the actual rental customer cannot be contacted, the member who made the reservation on their behalf may be contacted.

If the cancellation deadline has passed, you will not be able to cancel online.
Please call the rental car company directly.
*Please note that cancellation fees may apply.

The cancellation policy, including the timing of the cancellation fee and the amount, varies by each car rental company.
If you are checking before making a reservation, please refer to the details page of each plan.
If you have already made a reservation, please check the reservation confirmation email or the reservation inquiry page.

Your reservation is confirmed once the reservation number is generated on the reservation confirmation screen.
Some car rental companies may temporarily stop accepting reservations or listings, but this will not affect your car rental, so please rest assured.

To avoid any discrepancies regarding payment or details, we recommend printing out the [reservation confirmation email] or the [car rental company reservation details] screen, or preparing the email screen or a screenshot.
*If printing is not possible, please make a note of the reservation number.

The car rental company handles the billing decisions, so if you need to cancel your reservation due to bad weather or other circumstances, please contact the car rental company directly.
*Please note that OKIREN will not charge you.
