How to make a reservation
① Select either area/airport/train station from the OKIREN reservation site home screen
② Select station/area details
③ Select date and time

Please contact the rental car company directly to confirm the details of the plans listed.

The timing of car types that can be reserved varies depending on each car rental shop.
*Please check directly with your rental car company.

It is possible to apply for a reservation on your behalf.
Please enter the information of the actual rental customer in the [Driver's Name/Phone Number] field on the reservation application screen
*The car rental company will be notified of the member's name, email address, and actual rental customer information.
*If the actual rental customer cannot be contacted, the member who made the reservation on their behalf may be contacted.

If the cancellation deadline has passed, you will not be able to cancel online.
Please call the rental car company directly.
*Please note that cancellation fees may apply.

Cancellation policies that stipulate when cancellation fees will be charged and cancellation fees vary from car rental company to car company.
If you have made a reservation before applying for a reservation, please check the details screen for each plan, and if you have already made a reservation, please check the reservation confirmation email or reservation inquiry screen.
*For details on cancellation fees, please check directly with each rental car company.

The reservation is complete when the reservation is completed and the [Reservation Number] is issued on the reservation completion screen.
Depending on the rental car company, reservations and listings may be temporarily suspended, so don't worry, there is no problem with car rental.
※If you are unsure, please contact the rental car company directly.

In order to avoid misunderstandings in payment/details, we recommend that you print out the [Reservation Confirmation Email] or [Rental Car Company Reservation Details] screen or prepare an email screen or screenshot.
※If printing is difficult, please write down your reservation number.

Billing decisions are made by the rental car company, so even if you cancel your reservation due to various circumstances such as bad weather, please check directly with the rental car company.
*There is no charge from OKIREN.
