Courtesy shuttle

"We offer free shuttle service to Naha Airport and hotels within Naha City. Depending on the schedule for the day, we may also provide transportation to cruise terminals or train stations.
After you have collected your luggage, please contact us. Then proceed to the 3rd floor of the Domestic Terminal lobby and wait inside. Our staff will contact you upon arrival at the airport.
Depending on traffic conditions, the travel time from Naha Airport to our office is approximately 15 minutes.
For customers who wish to use our shuttle service back to Naha Airport after returning the vehicle, we kindly ask that you return the car at least two hours before your flight to allow ample time.

Matters to Note

①Traffic violations such as speeding, using a mobile phone while driving, driving without a license, or driving under the influence of alcohol.
②Violations of the rental agreement or automobile insurance policy.
③Failure to report an accident and absence of an accident report certificate.
④Single-vehicle accidents (including hit-and-run accidents where the other party cannot be identified).
In these cases, insurance and compensation systems will not apply, and all costs incurred will be the customer’s responsibility. Please exercise caution."

Cancellation Policy

"Cancellation charges (reservation cancellation fees) apply starting 6 days before the rental date.
Cancellation up to 7 days before the departure date: Free
From 6 to 3 days before: 50% of the basic fee
From 2 days before to the day before: 70% of the basic fee
On the day of rental: 100% of the basic fee"
