After you arrive at the airport, please wait near entrance 1 on the 3rd floor of the building.

The meeting place is exit 1, which is closest to the Sujal counter on the 3rd floor.

We will arrange to pick you up at the airport 1 hour after your flight arrives.

We pick you up every 30 minutes by free shuttle car from the airport to the office.

You may have to wait until the next train departs.

Free cancellation within 1 hour of booking

If the airline decides to cancel the flight during a typhoon, no cancellation fee will be charged.
However, if a cancellation is made at the customer's discretion before the flight is decided to be cancelled, the cancellation policy will apply.
