・Non-operation charge (NOC) In the unlikely event that an accident, theft, breakdown, or contamination occurs, and vehicle repairs, cleaning, etc. become necessary, you will be responsible for the following amounts as business compensation during that period.
If you can drive yourself by renting a car to the store, 50,000 yen
If you can't drive yourself by renting a car to the store, 100,000 yen+tow truck fee
・Tire punctures and bursts
・Damage or loss of tires, wheels, and wheel caps
・Glass cracks and damage due to flying objects such as stepping stones
・Damage or loss of vehicle interior equipment (excluding damage resulting from accidents)
・ (Smoking and excessive soiling are not eligible)

If you cancel your reservation, you will be charged the following reservation cancellation fees. Please be aware in advance.
Also, on the day of the reservation, if there is no contact even after 1 hour or more of the reservation time, we will respond as a “cancellation of the reservation.”
Also, when a reservation is canceled due to our circumstances, or when a rental agreement is not concluded, we will pay a penalty equal to the reservation cancellation fee.
Cancellations are generally accepted using the inquiry form, but if it is less than 2 days before the date of use, please be sure to contact us by phone.
・Free 7 days before departure
・6 to 3 days before departure 20% of the basic rate
・2 days before departure to the day before 80% of the basic rate
・100% of the basic fee on the day of departure
*Consumption tax (including local consumption tax) is included in reservation cancellation fees and penalties.
