Cancellation Policy

※ Note: If the customer cancels due to personal circumstances, the following charges will occur.

If the airline decides to cancel the flight during a typhoon, no cancellation fee will be charged.

However, if a cancellation is made at the customer's discretion before the flight is decided to be cancelled, the cancellation policy will apply.

There may be a separate cancellation policy in the product details during Golden Week, the year-end and New Year holidays, and the Obon season.
