Advance reservations are required for airport transfers, and same-day service is not possible.
※The free shuttle service at Naha Airport is limited to customers who make a single reservation and use it for 2 consecutive days or more.
※If you wish to be picked up at Naha Airport, please be sure to let us know the arrival and departure flight numbers. (If you enter the arrival flight number and departure flight number, we will automatically accept the transfer reservation)
We will send you a short message early in the morning on the day of departure with details on how to pick you up.
Naha Airport to Sales Office (about 15 minutes by shuttle car) Varies depending on congestion.

〈Pick-up service hours〉
The first train at both Naha Airport offices will be at 09:00.
The last departure from Naha Airport is 18:30.
(For customers who wish to be handled in the hours after that, please call and confirm)
The last departure from the sales office will be at 19:00.

The free shuttle service does not provide a minute-by-minute service because there is a possibility that multiple groups can be picked up at the same time and the time may vary slightly.
If you are in a hurry or would like to rent a car based on your own schedule, please visit the sales office yourself.
We may pick up only 1 driver.
