About various types of insurance
If an accident occurs with a rental car and damage is caused to our company or a third party, the customer is responsible for compensation for the damage.

“Safety indemnity compensation” means repair costs, property deductibles, etc. in the event of an accident or damage to the car while using a rental car

It is a system that provides compensation on behalf of the customer, up to the following amounts.

Unlimited interpersonal
Unlimited objects [50,000 yen exemption]
Guarantee amount for each vehicle [50,000 yen deductible]
Unlimited personal disability per person (compensation only while on board)

If you are not enrolled in Safety and Exemption Compensation and an accident occurs, you will be charged 100,000 yen as a deductible amount.
If you join this system, you will be exempted from paying the vehicle deductible amount that the customer is responsible for in the unlikely event of an accident.
Applications are limited to the time of departure, and it is not possible to enroll or cancel during the rental process.

Indemnity compensation system subscription fee (daily subscription fee) 1,000 yen
* We have an insurance and compensation system in order to cover the liability that occurs in the event of an accident to our customers,
Violations of our loan terms and conditions, insurance policy disclaimers, and when a police accident certificate cannot be obtained, deductible amounts and compensation amounts that exceed the upper limits of the insurance/compensation system
It is not applicable and the customer is responsible.

*Cases where violations of terms and conditions or administrative deficiencies become apparent
(1) Drunk driving (2) reckless driving (3) drug use (4) unauthorized extension (5) drivers not approved by our company (6) damage to vehicle interior equipment
(7) Unlocked theft (8) Wrong oil type due to self-refueling (9) Lost key (10) Smoking in the car (including electronic and heated cigarettes) (11) Other nuisance acts, etc.

Also, “NOC Safety Compensation” is a system that exempts NOC payments (50,000 yen to 100,000 yen) due to an unexpected accident during customer use.
The NOC security compensation is 1,000 yen per day.
What is NOC (non-operation charge)
It is a leave of absence compensation when trouble such as an accident, theft, breakdown, or contamination occurs with the rental car, and it is the customer's contribution.

The following amounts will be claimed as part of business compensation during vehicle repairs and cleaning periods regardless of the extent of damage, repair/cleaning period, and whether or not you have joined the indemnity compensation system.

50,000 yen if you are not a NOC member and return the rental car to the planned store by yourself
If you are not a NOC member and cannot return the rental car to the planned store due to self-propelling, you will be responsible and paid for 100,000 yen and incidental expenses (tow truck service costs, etc.)

*In the event of an accident, the rental contract will end at that point.
*Also, please note that we are unable to refund rental fees, coupons, etc. that have already been received by us.
* After an accident, regardless of the size of the injury, if you do not contact the police, insurance company, or our company on the spot, you will not be covered by insurance coverage.
* All extensions without obtaining permission from our company, transfers to third parties, and accidents involving those without an offer as a driver are not covered by compensation.
*Even if you return to self-propelled vehicles, you may be charged 100,000 yen for serious accidents.
