After the flight arrives, we will pick you up for free.
After arriving at Naha Airport, please contact us once you have arrived at the luggage collection area in the 1F arrival lobby. (Number: 090-6173-4799) (We will pick you up and dispatch at the airport after receiving your phone call, so it will take about 15 minutes.) After receiving your luggage, please go to Naha Airport 1st floor rental car stop “No. 14”. There is a red colored cone further back at the end of the “No. 14” sign, so if you wait nearby, you can ride smoothly.
If the arrival flight number remains unknown, we will not be able to pick you up, so be sure to let us know the arrival flight number and arrival time on the site at least 1 day before.
*Please note that there is a capacity for shuttle buses, so if the number of passengers exceeds 7 people, only 1 to 2 representatives will be picked up and rented and departed at the office.

※Our business hours (9:00 to 18:00) (late-night pick-up service hours: 18:00 to 21:00; an additional late-night fee of 3300 yen will be charged)
*Please note that early returns and late-night fees while using a rental car (after departure procedures) are not refundable.

If you are late for your reservation, please contact your departure store. Please note that if there is no contact even after 1 hour or more of the scheduled departure time, we will automatically “treat it as a cancellation.”
We will take a copy of your driver's license when you rent it out. /All cars are non-smoking. /Please contact us in advance if you wish to ride with your pet.
