[Regarding overtime support]
Our normal business hours are (8:00 to 20:00). Regarding the handling of loans and returns outside of normal business hours,
If you arrive within 30 minutes, you will be charged an additional 1,000 yen.
Also, if you arrive longer than 30 minutes, you will be charged an additional 2,800 yen.
*We may not be able to accept requests outside of hours without prior notice.
*Please note that we are unable to respond between 23:30 and 8:00 the next day.

There is no additional charge for customers who have already added a late-night fee as an option.
Please note that there are no deductions or refunds for customers who book the late-night plan. Please note that customers who book outside of normal business hours and do not add additional options will be charged a late-night fee locally.


[If you have a foreign license, you must have one of the following licenses when driving in Japan.]

・International driver's license (type issued by a member country of the Geneva Convention based on the Geneva Convention)
・Foreign driver's license (Switzerland, Germany, France, Taiwan, Belgium, Slovenia, Monaco) and Japanese translation

*If you are registered as a foreigner and are registered as a foreigner, you must meet the following 2 items at the same time when driving a car in Japan with an international driver's license.
① Stay outside of Japan for at least 3 consecutive months and 1 year from the date you re-land. (This does not necessarily have to be the country/region where it was issued)
*If you return to Japan within a period of less than 3 months (not in total) after leaving Japan, the day you return to Japan will not be the “day you landed (the date of commencement of the driving validity period of your international driver's license and foreign driver's license).”
② International Driver's License Expiration Dates
An international driver's license issued by member states and 2 administrative regions of the Geneva Convention (1949). You must present your passport at the same time.

*However, a Japanese international driver's license issued in Japan cannot drive within Japan.
An international driver's license is valid for 1 year from issuance (be sure to check the date of issue), and the expiration date for driving in Japan is 1 year from the date of entry (check with the date of entry into Japan stamp on the passport). Driving with an international driver's license in a form based on the Paris Convention (1926), Washington Convention (1943), and Vienna Convention (1968) is not permitted in Japan.

After departure... 100% of total price
・If there is no contact even after 1 hour or more of the reservation time, we will process it as a cancellation.
※If the flight is cancelled due to a typhoon, etc., or 2 days before the loan, the Japan Meteorological Agency's forecast yen will be Naha
If it concerns the main island of Okinawa, including the airport, no cancellation fee will be charged. Flight cancelled
