Cancellation Policy

・Free during business hours 7 days prior to the rental reservation date
・Within business hours 6 to 3 days before the rental reservation date... 20% of the rental fee
・Within business hours 2 days and the day before the rental reservation date... 50% of the rental fee
・On the day of the rental reservation date... 100% of the rental fee

*Cancellations made after 18:00 will be treated as cancellation the next day.

※If 1 hour has passed since the reservation was made and no contact can be made, it will be treated as a cancellation.
