For cancellations or changes the day before or on the day of departure, please contact our call center.
Note that if you cancel, you will be charged a prescribed cancellation fee depending on the date of receipt.
Also, please note that if a rental car rental agreement is not concluded even after 1 hour of the scheduled departure time, the reservation will be canceled, and the following cancellation fee may be charged for acceptance on the day of departure.
