Pikazi Car Rental Terms and Conditions
Article 1 (Application)
These terms and conditions apply to Pikaji Rent a Car (hereinafter referred to as “our company”) It defines the terms of use of the rental car service provided by Customers must agree to these terms and conditions before using a rental car.
Article 2 (Reservations)
1. Reservations are accepted by phone, website, social media, reservation site, or any other method specified by us.
2. The details of the reservation (date and time of use, vehicle type, fee, etc.) will be established once the reservation is confirmed by us.
3. If there are any changes to your reservation, please contact us immediately.
Article 3 (Rental)
1. At the time of signing a contract, all drivers will be asked to present a valid driver's license.
2. If we determine that it is unsuitable for driving, we may refuse rental.
3. We do not rent to people involved in gangsters or other antisocial forces under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Article 4 (Usage Fees)
1. The usage fee is based on the fee schedule determined by the Company.
2. Paid options, extension fees, fuel costs, NOC, and other costs will be charged separately.
3. The fee must be paid before the rental. However, this excludes cases approved by our company.
Article 5 (Cancellation Policy)
Cancellation fees will be charged as follows.
・8 days before departure: free
・7 to 4 days before departure: 50% of the total usage fee
・3 days before departure: 80% of total usage fee
・2 days before to the day of departure: 100% of the total usage fee
・After departure: 100% of the total usage fee
Please note that if there is no contact even after 1 hour or more from the reservation time, 100% of the total usage fee will be charged as an unauthorized cancellation.
However, we may not charge a cancellation fee if we deem unavoidable circumstances such as typhoons, aircraft or ship cancellations.
Article 6 (Return)
1. Please return your vehicle by the agreed date and time.
2. If your return is delayed, please contact us immediately.
3. In the case of an unauthorized extension, we may charge an extension fee and damage fee specified by us.
Article 7 (Fuel)
The car will be rented out with a full tank. When returning, please return a full tank.
If a full tank is not returned, we will charge the fuel fee specified by us.
Article 8 (Accidents/Malfunctions)
In the event of an accident, breakdown, theft, or damage, please do the following immediately.
1. Rescuing the injured
2. Report to the police
3. CONTACT US
4. Contact your insurance company (if necessary)
If you leave the scene of an accident or if you do not notify the police, you may not be able to use the insurance/compensation system.
Article 9 (Insurance/Indemnity)
The car insurance and compensation system prescribed by our company will apply. However, the following cases may not be covered by compensation.
・Drunk driving
・Driving without a license
・Unauthorized driving by anyone other than the contractor
・Intentional or gross negligence
・If there is no accident report to the police
・When it falls under the insurance policy's disclaimer
Article 10 (NOC (Non-Operation Charge))
If you are unable to do business due to an accident, contamination, odor, etc., you will be responsible for business compensation (NOC) in addition to repair costs.
The amount shall be the amount specified on our website or fee schedule.
Article 11 (Prohibitions)
The following acts are prohibited.
・Sublease to someone other than the contractor
・Dangerous driving
・Race, competition, test run
・Smoking in the car (non-smoking cars)
・Letting pets ride without permission
・Acts that significantly stain or smell the interior of the car
・Acts that violate laws and regulations
Article 12 (Parking Violations)
Parking violations and other traffic violations are handled at the customer's responsibility and expense.
Article 13 (Lost and Found)
We store lost items for a certain period of time, but we may dispose of them after the storage period has elapsed.
Article 14 (Personal Information)
The collected personal information is used for the purpose of rental car business, legal compliance, and service improvement, and is not provided to third parties except when required by law.
Article 15 (Changes to the Terms)
The Company may change these Terms as necessary. After the change, it will be applied from the time it is posted on the website etc.
Article 16 (Governing Law/Jurisdiction)
This agreement is governed by Japanese law. For disputes relating to this service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of our company shall be the exclusive court of first instance.

Up to 8 days before departure: free
7 to 4 days before departure: 50% of the total price
3 days prior to departure: 80% of the total price
2 days before to the day of departure: 100% of the total usage fee
After departure: 100% of the total price

*If there is no contact even after 1 hour or more of the reservation time has passed, it will be deemed an unauthorized cancellation and 100% of the total usage fee will be charged.
The date and time of cancellation will be based on when you contact us within our business hours. Inquiries made outside of business hours will be accepted the next business day.
Cancellations due to unavoidable circumstances, such as natural disasters, aircraft or ship cancellations, etc., may be exempted from cancellation fees depending on the circumstances
