Payment methods

Currently, the only payment method at our shop is cash.
We are preparing to introduce credit cards and various cashless payments so that customers can use them more comfortably.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Matters to Note

[Information on a complete reservation system]
Our shop is limited to 1 group per day, and reservations are required only. Rentals and returns are only available for customers who have made a reservation in advance.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please make a reservation at least 1 week before the date of use.

・At the time of use, you will be asked to confirm your identity with a copy of your driver's license. The personal information we receive will be managed appropriately and will not be used for any purpose other than rental car business.

・We do not rent to customers within 1 year of obtaining a license or to customers under 20 years of age.
If the above is discovered on the day of the loan, it will be canceled on the day and a cancellation fee will be charged.
In the unlikely event that the above is discovered at the time of rental, it will be canceled on the same day and a cancellation fee will be charged.

・Currently, we do not rent a car to customers coming from overseas. Please be aware.

If the rental/return time is over, an additional fee of 3,000 yen will be charged every hour, so please plan with plenty of time.

Please bring a full tank of gasoline (high-octane) and a receipt when returning it.

・50% for cancellations between 1 week and 2 days in advance
・80% if cancelled the day before
・In case of cancellation on the day, 100%
