We recommend adding Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Non-Operation Charge (NOC) coverage for peace of mind in the event of an accident.

■ ETC
All vehicles are equipped with an ETC device.
Please bring your own ETC card, as ETC cards are not available for rent.

■ Vehicle Return Time
If you expect to return the vehicle later than your scheduled return time, please contact the rental location in advance.
Please also contact us in advance if you wish to change your return time.

Cancellation Policy

[Cancellation Fees]
・7 or more days before the rental date: Free of charge
・3–6 days before the rental date: 30% of the basic rental fee
・2 days before the rental date: 40% of the basic rental fee
・1 day before the rental date: 50% of the basic rental fee
・On the rental date: 90% of the basic rental fee

[Cancellations Due to Typhoons or Severe Weather]
No cancellation fee will be charged if you are unable to reach the rental location because your flight is cancelled or other transportation services are suspended due to a typhoon or other severe weather.

[Important Notice]
If we do not hear from you within one hour after your flight’s scheduled arrival time, your reservation will be cancelled. Please be sure to contact us by phone or email.
