1,Pick-up and Rental Procedures
We will pick you up at Naha Airport or Akamine Station and take you to the nearby parking lot at 4-6-1 Kanagusuku, Naha City, Okinawa, where the rental procedures will be completed.
Detailed information about the meeting point and pick-up arrangements will be sent to you by email by the day before your rental. Please be sure to check your email.

2,Payment
Payment can be made by credit card only. Cash payments are not accepted. Please note this in advance.

3,Vehicle Check
After checking the vehicle, the rental procedure will be complete.
Vehicle Return

4,The vehicle must be returned to the nearby parking lot at 4-6-1 Kanagusuku, Naha City, Okinawa.
After returning the vehicle, we can drop you off at Naha Airport or Akamine Station. Please let us know your preferred destination.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Fees
7 days or more before the rental date: Free cancellation
6 to 3 days before the rental date: 20% of the basic rental fee
2 days to 1 day before the rental date: 30% of the basic rental fee
On the rental date: 50% of the basic rental fee
