To help reduce traffic congestion around the airport, we do not provide pick-up service from the airport.
Please visit our store by taxi or public transportation.

Taking a taxi is often smoother than waiting for a shuttle bus.

For customers who rent for 3 days (2 nights) or more, we offer a cashback of up to 2,000 yen for transportation expenses upon presentation of a receipt (depending on vehicle type and plan).

We will provide drop-off service to the airport upon return (in some cases, a taxi may be arranged).
The last departure time for airport drop-off is 18:00.

Matters to Note

"After your reservation, we will send a confirmation email within 3 business days. Please be sure to check your email.
If you do not receive the email, kindly contact us at 080-2156-1001.
We will make a copy of the driver’s license of the person who will be driving, so please do not forget to bring it with you.
Please return the vehicle to our store at least 2 hours before your departing flight.
Please note that traffic congestion on the way to the airport may occur depending on the time of day.
Rental cars are provided with a full tank of fuel. Please return the vehicle with a full tank as well.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation on the day of or the day before the rental date: 100% of the rental fee
Cancellation up to 5 days before: 70% of the rental fee
Cancellation up to 14 days before: 50% of the rental fee
Cancellation up to 30 days before: 20% of the rental fee
(Applies during high season periods such as New Year’s holidays, Golden Week, and long summer holidays)
Please note that in cases of transportation cancellations or service suspensions, cancellation fees may not apply.

Regarding Reservations in Bad Weather

Weather conditions in Okinawa can change quickly, and rain or cloudy forecasts may occur.
Please note that cancellations due to weather conditions such as rain or cloudy weather will be handled in accordance with our standard cancellation policy.
For convertible vehicles, the car can still be driven normally with the roof closed. Therefore, even if the weather does not allow open-top driving, cancellations will not be exempt from cancellation fees as long as the vehicle can still be rented out safely.
In addition, vehicle changes are not intended as a means to avoid cancellation fees.
If you wish to change your vehicle, we will review availability and reservation details, and changes will only be accepted if our store determines that accommodation is possible.
