About various types of insurance
If an accident occurs with a rental car borrowed from us and damage is caused to our company or a third party, the customer is responsible for compensation for the damage.
Furthermore, we have established the following insurance and compensation systems in order to compensate customers for liability arising in the event of an accident,
The customer is responsible for the deductible amount and the amount of compensation that exceeds the upper limit of the insurance/compensation system.

Unlimited interpersonal
Unlimited objects [zero thousand yen exemption]
Vehicle agreement insurance value 4 million [50,000 yen deductible]
Personal disability per 50 million/person (compensation only while on board)
The insurance/compensation system described above is not applicable in the case of violation of our rental agreement, insurance policy disclaimers, failure to obtain an accident certificate from the police, etc.

About indemnity
If you join this system, you will be exempted from paying the vehicle deductible amount that the customer is responsible for in the unlikely event of an accident.
Applications are limited to the time of departure, and it is not possible to enroll or cancel during the rental process.
Indemnity compensation system subscription fee (daily subscription fee) 1,000 yen
The above amounts do not include tax, so consumption tax will be charged separately.

About NOC compensation
NOC (non-operation charge) is leave compensation, and it is the customer's contribution.
In the unlikely event that trouble such as an accident, theft, breakdown, or contamination occurs with the rented rental car, the following amounts will be claimed as part of business compensation during the vehicle repair or cleaning period, regardless of the extent of damage, the repair/cleaning period, and whether or not you have joined the indemnity compensation system.
20,000 yen when the rental car is returned to the intended store
(when self-propelled)
50,000 yen if the rental car is not returned to the intended store
(when self-propelled is not possible)
*In the event of an accident, the rental contract will end at that point. Also, rental fees, coupons, etc. that we have received cannot be refunded.
*Even if you return to self-propelled vehicles, you may be charged 50,000 yen for serious accidents.
