How it works:
After arrival, please contact us using the number provided on your reservation confirmation page.
We will pick you up in about 10 minutes.
For hotel pick-up, we will arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
Pick-up service area:
・East: Up to Isagawa (West) Intersection
・West: Up to Resonex Nago Hotel
・South: Up to Yofuke Intersection
・North: Up to Meio University
If you require a ride after returning the car, please inform us at the time of departure.
Return service area:
East: Up to Isagawa (West) Intersection
West: Up to Resonex Nago Hotel
South: Up to Yofuke Intersection
North: Up to Meio University

One-way drop-off at Naha Airport is available!

If there are changes to your reservation due to flight delays or personal reasons, please contact us.
Cancellation Policy
"Cancellation up to 7 days before the rental date: Free of charge
Cancellation 6 to 3 days before the rental date: 20% of the total rental fee
Cancellation 2 days to the day before the rental date: 30% of the total rental fee
Cancellation on the rental day: 50% of the total rental fee
Cancellation within 1 hour after booking is free of charge.
The cancellation fee is capped at 6,000 yen.
If the airline cancels the flight due to typhoons or other force majeure reasons, no cancellation fee will be charged. If you cancel before the flight cancellation is officially decided, the normal cancellation policy applies.
During Golden Week, New Year’s holidays, and Obon season, separate cancellation policies may apply as stated in the product details."
