This shuttle service is available to guests staying two nights or more (48 hours or more).

For stays of less than 48 hours
- Transfers to Naha Airport are not available.
- Drop-offs are only available to Akamine Station.

Please note that we do not provide pick-up services.
※ As it is usually less crowded, Akamine Station is recommended.
(Only one stop from Naha Airport by monorail)

From the airport or station to the store: approximately 15–20 minutes
During traffic congestion: may take 25–40 minutes
※ Please note that Naha Airport is not designed for immediate pickup after arrival, and it may take some time to meet the shuttle.

■ Shuttle Procedure
After your flight arrives,
please call us while waiting for your luggage
(If you have no checked luggage, please inform us in advance.)
Once we receive your call,
the shuttle vehicle will head to the airport.
After collecting your luggage,
please proceed to the meeting point listed below.
The shuttle vehicle will arrive around the same time as you.

■ Meeting Point (Important)
Exit the Domestic Terminal 1st Floor Lobby
Cross one pedestrian crossing and turn right
Pass Rental Car Area No. 14
※ No.14 is not a meeting point
Continue straight to the end of the sidewalk
Meet near the pillar marked “Other Rental Cars”

■ Waiting Time at the Meeting Point (Important)
As the “Other Rental Cars” area has limited parking space,
the shuttle vehicle may need to wait nearby during busy times.
Many rental car companies use the same area at Naha Airport.
To minimize customer waiting time, we monitor your arrival status and,
when it is safe to do so, we bring the vehicle as close to the meeting point as possible.
However, only one vehicle is allowed to stop at a time,
so waiting may be required depending on the situation.
In such cases, please wait near the meeting point,
and we will pick you up as soon as it is your turn.
