＊All vehicles are non-smoking. If smoking is found inside the vehicle, a penalty fee of ¥50,000 will be charged. Please be aware of this in advance.
＊Driver requirements: The driver must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year and must be 20 to 70 years old.
＊Specific vehicle models and colors cannot be requested.
＊Depending on vehicle availability, we may provide a higher-class vehicle at the same rental rate and under the same rental conditions as your original reservation.
＊For cash payments: In addition to your driver's license, you will be required to present an identification document specified by our company.
＊Pets are not allowed, even when using a pet carrier. Bringing dogs, cats, or any other animals into the rental vehicle is strictly prohibited. If a pet is found inside the vehicle, a penalty fee of ¥50,000 will be charged. Please be aware of this in advance.
＊Business hours are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. However, operating hours may be adjusted depending on flight arrival and departure times.

7 days or more before the rental date: 0%
6–4 days before the rental date: 50%
3–1 days before the rental date: 70%
On the rental date: 100%

If the rental agreement cannot be entered into due to an accident, theft, failure to return the vehicle, vehicle recall, natural disaster, or any other circumstance beyond the control of either the renter or our company, the applicable reservation will be held for up to 90 days from the occurrence of such circumstances.

During this period, the renter may coordinate a new rental date with our company and designate the new date for the reservation.

If we are unable to provide the rental vehicle in the vehicle class originally reserved by the renter, we may offer a rental vehicle in a different vehicle class as an alternative (hereinafter referred to as the “Alternative Rental Vehicle”).
