We offer free pick-up service from Naha Airport.
*This service is available for rentals of 1 night / 2 days or longer.
Important Notice:
Customers who have selected a no-pickup plan are kindly requested to come to our office on their own.
If you wish to use the pick-up service, please change your plan accordingly.
Customers requesting pick-up service are required to enter their flight number and arrival time.
Customers who come directly to our office do not need to provide flight information.
To help reduce congestion at Naha Airport, we may ask customers to take a taxi to our office.
In such cases, we will reimburse the taxi fare for one vehicle upon presentation of a receipt.
Any additional taxis beyond the first vehicle will be at the customer’s expense.
Access
If you are departing from Bus Stop No. 1 on the 1st floor of the Domestic Terminal, please take Bus TK01.
If you are departing from Bus Stop No. 4, please take Bus No. 95.
Please get off at Okinawa Outlet Mall Ashibinaa bus stop.
From the Okinawa Outlet Mall Ashibinaa bus stop, it is about a 10-minute walk (approximately 700 meters) to our store.

About Refueling
Please return the rental car with the fuel tank completely full.
When refueling, please follow the fuel type indicated on the vehicle.
※ Refueling with a fuel type other than the specified one is strictly prohibited.
※ Please present the fuel receipt at the time of return.
Typhoon Policy
If flights are officially canceled by the airline due to a typhoon, no cancellation fee will be charged.
However, if the reservation is canceled at the customer’s discretion before an official flight cancellation is announced, the cancellation policy will apply.
