We will arrive at the airport in about 15 minutes after your call.
The meeting point is outside the Domestic Arrival Lobby—please cross the pedestrian crossing and wait at the far end next to the No.14 Rent-a-Car stop.
When you arrive at our shop, we will go over the insurance coverage and options, check your driver’s license → complete the payment → inspect the vehicle for any damage and explain how to operate it → then you’re ready to depart♪
※ Free shuttle service is available for rentals of one night or more.
※ On your return, please allow plenty of time before your flight, as roads may be very congested depending on the time of day.
For domestic flights: we recommend returning the car at least 2 hours before departure.
For international flights: we recommend returning the car at least 3 hours before departure.
Access
You can take a taxi from Naha Airport on the 1st floor, outside the Domestic Arrival Lobby, at Taxi Stand No. 7 for short-distance taxis.
It takes about 15 minutes from Naha Airport to our shop.
(The taxi fare is approximately 1,600 yen.)

Matters to Note
If smoking occurs in a non-smoking vehicle (including e-cigarettes), an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
Please do not enter the vehicle wearing wet clothes or swimsuits. If you do, an additional cleaning fee may be charged.
Pets are not allowed in the vehicle.
Cancellation Policy
When canceling a reservation, a designated cancellation fee may be charged.
The cancellation fees are as follows:
Up to 7 days before: Free
Up to 6 days before: 30% of the total amount
Up to 2 days before: 50% of the total amount
On the day: 100% of the total amount
If we do not receive any contact within 1 hour of the scheduled rental time, the cancellation will be treated as a same-day cancellation.
In that case, the reservation will be canceled, and the cancellation fee will apply.
★ No cancellation fees will be charged if the flight is canceled due to typhoons or other natural events ★
