Payment methods

Bank Transfer (Reservation Confirmed After Payment Is Received)
After you submit your reservation request, we will send you the bank account details by email. Please transfer the payment to the designated bank account.

Your reservation will be confirmed once we have confirmed receipt of your payment.

※ Customers making reservations from overseas are required to make payment in advance.

※ Please note that even if you make a reservation through the Japanese-language website, the international customer rates will apply. Please make your reservation only after understanding and agreeing to this condition.
※ Please ensure that you have a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) issued within the past year. We kindly ask you to confirm this in advance and submit it when required.
※ The Comprehensive Coverage Plan is available for an additional ¥3,300 per day. We kindly ask all international customers to enroll in this plan.

7 days or more before the rental start date: Free
6 to 3 days before the rental start date: 20% of the basic rental fee
2 days before the rental start date: 30% of the basic rental fee
1 day before the rental start date: 50% of the basic rental fee
On the rental start date: 100% of the basic rental fee
No-show without notice (if we cannot contact you within 1 hour after the scheduled reservation start time): 100% of the basic rental fee
