Terms of Use

Drivers must be between 20 and 70 years old and must have obtained their driver’s license at least one (1) year prior to the rental date.
Pets are not allowed in the vehicle, and taking the rental car on ferries to other islands is prohibited.
Late Arrival Notice
If you expect to be late for your reservation time, please contact the departure office in advance.
If we do not receive any notice and more than one (1) hour has passed after the scheduled departure time, the reservation will be automatically treated as canceled.

Cancellation Policy
7 days or more before the rental date: Free of charge
6 to 3 days before the rental date: 20% of the basic rental fee
2 days to 1 day before the rental date: 30% of the basic rental fee
On the rental date: 50% of the basic rental fee
