[Same-Day Reservation Changes]
If there are any changes to your reservation due to flight delays or personal circumstances, please contact us.

[Child Seats]
Additional fees may apply depending on the plan.
Advance reservation is required.

[Vehicle Changes]
The reserved vehicle may not be available on the day due to an accident or mechanical trouble.
In such cases, a vehicle of the same class will be provided.

[Navigation System Usage]
The navigation system can only be used when the vehicle is stopped and the parking brake is engaged.

※ Notice:
If the customer cancels due to personal reasons, cancellation charges will apply as outlined below.
In the event of a typhoon, no cancellation fee will be charged if the airline officially cancels the flight.
However, if the customer chooses to cancel before the airline announces a flight cancellation, the standard cancellation policy will apply.
During Golden Week, the New Year holidays, and the Obon holiday period, a separate cancellation policy may apply as stated in the product details.

Cancellation Fees:
7 days before the date of use: No charge
6 days before the date of use: 50% of the total amount
5 days before to the day before the date of use: 80% of the total amount
On the day of use: 100% of the total amount
Free cancellation within 1 hour after making the reservation
