⚫ Advance notice is required for transfers. Please contact us after arriving at Naha Airport on the same day.
⚫ If you wish to be picked up from the airport, please enter your flight number when booking.

Payment methods
Payment is cash (Japanese yen only), credit card (JCB, VISA, Master, American Express, Diners Club), QR code payment (PAYPAY, Rakuten Pay), bank transfer
Please note that in the case of bank transfer, payment must be made at least 7 days before the rental.
Matters to Note
◾️ About compensation
The amount of compensation deductible varies from plan to plan, so be sure to check.
Compensation is optional, but we recommend that you enroll because it is compensation just in case.
◾️ Vehicle changes
We may not be able to guide you on the day of the reserved vehicle due to an accident or breakdown. In this case, you will be directed to a vehicle of the same class.
◾️ About overtime returns
If it is past 19:00, a delay fee of 3000 yen will be charged.
If it is past 20:00, you will be charged for one night.
◾️ About airport transfers
Please contact us when you arrive at Naha Airport. Once you contact us, we will arrange a shuttle car, and you will arrive at the airport from the sales office in about 10 minutes.

7 days before use: none
6 to 3 days before the date of use: 20% of the full price
2 days to 1 day before the date of use: 50% of the full usage price
On the day: 100% of full usage
