The pick-up location will be notified to the customer's email or mobile phone by SMS, so please check there. We will pick you up at the airport at any time upon arrival.
After returning to the store, we send them to the airport twice every hour at 00 minutes and 30 minutes.

Matters to Note

・At the time of departure, all drivers will be asked to present their driver's license.
・Vehicles will be rented out with a full tank of fuel. When returning, be sure to fill up the tank before returning it.
・For refueling, please use a gas station near our store and present your receipt for refueling. If you do not return a full tank, we will charge 3,000 yen per meter of memory for the missing portion.
・If you are using an airplane, please return it with plenty of time before departure. (Domestic flights: 90 minutes before departure/ International flights: 120 minutes before departure)
・If the return time is around 30 minutes or more than planned, be sure to contact the store in advance.
・Should an accident or trouble occur, promptly report it to the police and be sure to contact the rental store.

Cancellation Policy

Yaima Rent-A-Car offers free cancellation the day before or on the day for customers who unavoidably wish to cancel due to typhoons, etc. Please note that the following cancellation fees will be charged for cancellations prior to the flight cancellation decision. If you wish to cancel, please be sure to let us know by phone or email. Please note, it is limited to those who make a reservation directly on our site.
In the case of cancellation due to customer circumstances, from the viewpoint of securing vehicles provided by other customers, the normal rate application period is 50% cancellation fee the day before and 100% same-day cancellation fee.
During the high season application period, payment is 30% 7 days in advance, 50% 3 days before, and 100% payment for same-day cancellations the day before. Please contact us for details.
If you have made a reservation from a site other than this site (such as a reservation site such as a travel agency) and wish to cancel, please contact the site where you made the reservation directly. We are not involved or involved in any way.
