We will pick you up from Miyakojima Airport free of charge.
If you would like to be picked up, please check the “pick up” and “drop off” options and don't forget to let us know your flight number.
Staff will be waiting for you at the airport with a “MYRENTACAR” plate, so please speak up.

■Same-day reservation changes
If your reservation details are changed due to flight delays or customer circumstances, please contact the MY RENTACAR head office.

Additional option fees may apply depending on the plan you choose.
If you make a reservation from this plan in advance when using it, you can proceed smoothly without having to wait.

■Vehicle Changes
We may not be able to guide you on the day of the vehicle you have reserved due to an accident or breakdown.
In that case, you will be guided to the same vehicle class.

■How to use navigation
You can use it with the rental car parked and the side brakes applied.

Cancellation Policy

If the customer cancels due to personal circumstances, the following charges will occur.

・From 2 days to 1 day before the date of use: 30% of the full usage price
・6 to 3 days before the date of use: 20% of the full usage price
・7 days before the date of use: none
