We will pick you up at Naha Airport or Akamine Station in Naha city for 1 night or 2 days or more.

◆ Flight information for your flight
Please let us know (flight number: arrival time).

◆ When picking up at the airport
We will meet up on the 3rd floor of the Naha Airport Terminal Building, in the area you came out of exits 5 to 6.

◆ About rental and return
We will handle it at the store.
Please contact us separately for rentals and returns outside of business hours.

◆About the busy season
Time may overlap with other customers, there is a possibility that parking will not be possible for a long time around the terminal building, and traffic jams between the airport and Akamine Station may be severe.
Please be aware that depending on the situation, there may be changes in meeting places, changes in transportation, etc.

Matters to Note

Please note that compensation is not applicable in the following cases and the customer is responsible for it.
・Please fill up the gasoline tank.
・When unlicensed driving, drunk driving, speeding, etc. falls under the three traffic evils
・If you do not contact the police from the scene of the accident (if you do not report the accident)
・When a settlement has been made with the other party
・When the vehicle is damaged due to theft
・When a driver is a driver who has not presented their driver's license to us
・When there is damage to vehicle interior equipment due to operation mistakes
・If you have committed an act that violates the loan agreement
・If you are late for your reservation, please contact the departure store. If there is no contact even after 1 hour or more of the scheduled departure time
Please note that it will automatically be “treated as a cancellation.”

Cancellation Policy

A. On the day: 100% of the basic fee
B. 2 days ago to 1 day before: 50% of basic rate
C. 6 to 3 days before: 30% of basic rate
D. 7 days before use: free
*Cancellations made after business hours will be treated as cancellation the next day.
※If it falls within 1 hour after making a reservation, it's free even if it falls under A to C!
*You can cancel within 1 hour even after 21:00 outside of business hours if you send a message via SMS or official LINE.
