In the event that the vehicle requires repairs, the car will be unavailable for rental during the repair period, resulting in a loss of business income. For this reason, the associated cost will be charged to the customer.
As this is compensation for loss of business, it is not covered by vehicle insurance (which only covers repair costs). Please drive with great care.

Up to 3 days before departure: 30% of the total fee
Up to 1 day before departure: 50% of the total fee
On the day of departure: 100% of the total fee
